45% Pinot Noir, 20% Pinot Meunier, 35% Chardonnay with15% Bouzy Rouge - Grand Cru Pinot Noir. Claret in colour, pronounced red fruits on the nose and a very smooth, almost creamy texture. Most distinctive with hints of Burgundy!
