Dinner inclusive of a three hour cruise: £46.95
Board: 7pm. – Sail: 8pm – Return: 11pm.

Starters
Brown ale, mushroom & lentil soup.
Pasta with king prawns in a sauce of bourbon,
curry & tomatoes.
Duck liver pâté flavoured with Grand Marnier.
Bulgar wheat salad with saltanas, feta, apples & pistachio.

Main Courses
Gilt head beram topped with mustard, truffle,
cheese & herbs, with a whole grain mustard sauce.
Wild boar sausages with beetroot mash & onion gravy.
Aberdeen Angus rib eye steak topped with
spicy peppers in yoghurt.
Corn-fed chicken breast, with rosemary & orange,
with whisky & marmalade sauce.
Vegetarian:
Goat’s cheese croustade with grilled tomatoes & aubergine,
with pesto cream sauce.

All accompanied by seasonal vegetables.

Desserts
Hertfort Hop cheese with oatmeal biscuits, celery,
grapes & piccalilli.

Mushrooms sautéed in white wine, garlic,
herbs & French mustard, served in a pastry case

Main Courses
Roast Scotch beef with traditional Yorkshire pudding.
Poached supreme of salmon with a white wine & chive sauce.

Vegetarian:
Mung beans, okra & tomato curry on a bed of rice.

All served with fresh seasonal vegetables.
