Lunch inclusive of a two & a half hour cruise: £32.50
Board: 12 noon. – Sail: 1pm – Return: 3.30pm.

Starters
Autumn vegetable broth.
Mushrooms sautéed in white wine, garlic,
herbs & French mustard served in a pastry case.

Main Courses
Roast rib of Aberdeen Angus beef,
with traditional Yorkshire pudding.
Poached supreme of salmon with a white wine & chive sauce.

Vegetarian:
Baked aubergine stuffed with asparagus, spinach, red & yellow peppers.

All served with fresh seasonal vegetables.

Desserts
Choux bun filled with vanilla ice cream and a toffee sauce.

Fruit crumble with cream.

Autumn Dinner Crusie Menu – 2011

Starters
Parsnip, Rhubarb and ginger soup.
Beetroot and potato rosti with smoked trout,
horseradish and dill crème fraiche.
Pear stuffed with walnuts, stilton and port on a bed of watercress.

Main Courses
King prawn Thai green curry with fragrant rice.
Pork Noisette rolled in oats with black pudding
and grain mustard sauce.
Supreme of corn fed chicken filled with apricots & coated
with an apricot sauce.

Vegetarian:
Baked aubergine stuffed with asparagus, spinach & mushrooms.

Lyonnaise potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

Pancake filled with black cherries & Kirsch,

Dinner inclusive of a three hour cruise: £45.00
Board: 7pm. – Sail: 8pm – Return: 11pm.

Starters
Carrot & ginger soup.
Baked fig with halloumi cheese & pecan nuts.
Farfalle with a crab & vodka cream sauce.
Salad of smoked chicken, coconut,
bean sprouts & orange segments in Chinese spiced yoghurt.

Main Courses
Roast cod fillet topped with a spinach & Gruyère crust,
with Pernod cream sauce.
Grilled cornfed chicken breast on bubble & squeak
with a red wine & sage sauce. Stroganoff of beef with rice.
(batons of fillet steak seasoned with paprika, flamed with
brandy in a sour cream sauce served with pilaf rice).
Noisettes of lamb in honey & French mustard with Madeira sauce.
Vegetarian:
Mung beans, okra and tomato curry.

All accompanied by fresh seasonal vegetables.

Desserts
Pancakes filled with brandy flavoured apricots with vanilla ice cream. Gluten free chestnut & chocolate cake with rum ganache & cream. Lemon meringue pie with a raspberry coulis.
