Lunch inclusive of a two & a half hour cruise: £42.50
Board: 12 noon - Sail: 1pm - Return: 3:30pm
 
Starters
V & GF Leek and potato soup.
Mushrooms sauteed in white wine, garlic, herbs & French mustard on garlic toast.
 
Main Courses
Noisettes of lamb in a ginger, honey & rosemary sauce. 
Poached supreme of salmon with a white wine, raspberry vinegar & cream sauce.
V & GF Aubergine tower layered with spinach & mushrooms in a filo pastry case with ratatouille.
 
All served with fresh seasonal vegetables.
 
Desserts
Traditional strawberries & cream.
Warm apple tart with a vanilla ice cream.

Pear stuffed with feta cheese & apricots with watercress & basil.
Crab risotto with chilli & ginger.
Duck rillette served with toatsted speciality breads.
 

Main Courses

Baked salmon coated with maple syrup on a bed of wilted spinach. 
Cornfed supreme of chicken stuffed with blue cheese, pear & walnuts, with a balsamic honey glaze.
Pork loin chops with apples on a creamy butter bean mash.
V & GF Aubergine tower layered with spinach & mushrooms in a filo pastry case with ratatouille.

All served with fresh seasonal vegetables & roasted new potatoes.
